摘要:随着“信息时代”的到来,传感器技术得到了显著的进步,其应用领域越来越广泛,对其要求越来越高,需求越来越迫切,它在各个领域都有着举足轻重的作用。本文是针对现实生活的需要,设计出一个多传感器检测平台,采用模块化的思想,以单片机STC12C5A60S2为核心,包含压力、酒精、湿度、温度传感器,以12864液晶显示屏作显示,构建成一个多功能的检测平台。
本系统利用STC12C5A60S2单片机为核心,配合单电源轨到轨运放LMV324、阻抗型乙醇浓度传感器、由惠斯登电桥构成的压力传感器、高分子材料湿度传感器,数字型温度传感器18B20、12864LCD显示屏、蜂鸣器模块组成一个多传感器平台,蜂鸣器模块负责乙醇浓度上限报警。硬件电路设计使用Altium.Designer.2009。软件方面采用C语言编程,使用Keil C51集成开发环境。
通过测试后可知,采用该平台可以有效的测量出具有一定精度的数据。而且,该平台简化了电源模块,精简了电路设计,节省了成本。另外设计中同时采用了多种数据采集处理与电路设计方法,使得其可以在日后扩展使用其它传感器,适应不同场合需要。

Abstract:With the arrival of "information times", the sensor technology has got remarkable progress, its application field is more and more extensive and its requirement is more and more high .It plays an important role in various fields.This article is based on the real life needs, using the idea of modular and the core of STC12C5A60S2 single-chip, including pressure, alcohol, humidity, temperature sensor, with12864 LCD display to construct a multifunctional detecting platform.
The system uses the STC12C5A60S2 chip as the core,with the single supply rail-to-rail operational amplifier LMV324, impedance type ethanol concentration sensor, the pressure sensors exerted by the Wheatstone bridge , polymer humidity sensors, temperature digital sensor18B20,12864LCD display, a buzzer module consists of a sensor platform, a buzzer module responsible for ethanol concentration limit alarm. Hardware circuit design of Altium.Designer.2009. Software using C language programming, the use of Keil C51 integrated development environment.
Through the test result, the platform can measure with certain accuracy data effectively. Moreover, the platform simplifies the power module, simplify the circuit design, saves the cost. The other , the design is by the method of using a variety of data collection and processing so that it can be used in the future extension of the other sensor, adapted to the needs of different occasions.

传感器是一种把非电量转变的电信号的器件,而检测设备一般是包括传感器、检测点取样设备及放大器(进行抗干扰处理及信号传输),当然还有电源及现场显示部分,电信号一般分连续量、离散量两种。数字化过程中,检测设备变化比较大,经过几个阶段,近来多采用ASIC专用集成电路,而且把传感器和微处理器及网络接口封装在一个器件中,完成信息获取、处理、传输、存贮等功能。在自动化仪表中经常把检测仪称为变送器,如温度变送器、压力变送器等。
因为传感器用于各行各业,加之这些年来,家用电器、汽车、信息产业三方面的飞速发展,对传感器需求大增,所以研究一个多传感器,可测量多种数据,并可在此基础上可作扩展的多传感器平台显得很有意义。同时作为毕业设计选题,也切合本专业学习要求。
