摘要:本文描述了自动晒衣架系统的设计和工作原理,给出了自动晒衣架系统的硬件原理图、软件流程图。用单片机实现晒衣架控制,为传统的伸出阳台晒衣服提供了具体解决方案,提高了一定的安全系数,也为晒衣架的智能化发展提供了新的思路。
本设计采用单片机STC89C52作为自动晒衣架的控制核心,通过手动按钮控制晒衣架的伸出和收回,当然当有雨的时候通过雨滴传感器可以自动把晒衣架收回,软件部分采用模块化设计,实现对晒衣架的控制和状态显示功能,加入时钟芯片,可以作为一个时钟使用,在显示器中显示时间。另外加入一个备用电源,由于打雷下雨的时候容易发生断电,保证断电也可以显示时间和自动收回晒衣架,但是在本设计设计中只用了四节干电池来代替备用电源,而电机需要12V的电压,所以说这四节干电池不能正常带动电机,电机的转速会减小,所以我希望在今后能加入一个能正常提供电源的备用电源。本设计具有灵活方便、适用范围广的特点,基本能够满足实践需求。

ABSTRACT:This paper describes the automatic drying racks, system design and working theory, which shows the handware schematics and software flow chart of automatic drying racks system. It applies MCU to comply drying racks control, which provides specific solutions for extended balcony. It not only improve the safety factor to some degree, but also provides a new proposal for the development of automatic drying racks.
This design uses the microcontroller STC89C52 as the core of the automatic control of drying racks, it transit the manual button control drying racks of stretch out and take back. Of course, when comes to rainy day, the system through raindrop sensor to recover drying racks automatically. The part of software use modular design to achieve the control and status display of drying racks. Add to clock chip can be used as a clock in the monitor make sure that report time. In addition to, joining a standby power to ensure that power outages can also display the time and automatic recovery of drying racks, because of power outages when rain and thunder. This design has a flexible, applicable to a wide rang of features, and can basically meet the practice needs.

本课题根据生活环境的需要,采用STC89C52单片机控制系统,根据不同的控制模式,实现半自动控制、自动控制、定时控制可以相互转换的方式控制晒衣架。
在机械结构方面,为了降低成本,用一块塑料板表示晒衣架,用28BYJ-48-12V型步进电机带动塑料板转动,显示晒衣架在室内或在室外,同时LCD1602显示器中也能显示。
