摘要:随着人类社会的发展,人们的生活水平的提高和高科技的发展,已经影响到人们生活的方方面面,改变了人们生活习惯,提高了人们生活质量,家居智能化也正是在这种形势下应运而生的。基于单片机的智能电动窗帘设计就是智能家居的一种。设计中使用STC89C52单片机作为主控芯片,配合独立按键模块,DS1302实时时钟模块,光控模块,红外遥控模块,显示模块,单片机最小系统模块,电机控制模块共同作用实现窗帘的智能化自动化。本文采用分块的模式,对整个系统的硬件电路设计进行分析,分别给出了系统总体框图、电源电路、时钟DS1302电路、红外线接收电路、电机控制电路、显示电路,并对相应电路设计进行了相关的阐述。同时本设计还是一个精确的时钟。在设计中通过按键可以校准时间,设置每一天的开关窗时间,窗帘的工作模式包括时间控制、光控、手动控制三种模式。为防止窗帘开关到位后继续转动损坏电机在两端采用了限位开关来关断控制端达到保护电机作用。
