摘要:随着科技水平不断的提高和社会竞争日益激烈的发展,工厂企业设备都往自动化方向不断完善,这就导致了操作设备的工人素质技能也要不断加强。在很多工厂企业的生产第一线有着各种各样的自动加工系统,其中最为常见的一种就是多种原液体混合系统,简称液体混合系统。很多工业生产中,多种液体混合是一道必须经历的过程,比如化工,制药,炼油等。为了提高生产速度,产品质量,以及保证员工安全,很多工厂都逐渐实现多种液体混合自动控制。为了保证产出更接近我们的理想值,这就要求我们对多种液体的混合比例,以及混合操作流程有着具体的要求。
本设计是基于PLC的混合液体控制,但为了更直观形象地表现该液体控制系统的优势,使用了组态王软件,通过连接动画面以及动态画面效果反应该设计的操作流程。

Abstract:It is the improvement along with the science and technology,as the social development of the increasingly fierce competition. Enterprise equipment factory are constantly improving to automation direction . this has the operating equipment workers skills will strengthen . In many factories of the production of the enterprise the first line have all kinds of automatic processing system, one of the most common one is a variety of the original liquid mixing system, hereinafter referred to as liquid mixing system. Many industrial production, a variety of liquid mixing is a must be going through the process of such as chemical, pharmaceutical, oil refineries. In order to improve the speed of production, the product quality, and ensure that staff safety, many factories are gradually realize various liquid mixing automatic control. In order to ensure more close to the ideal of our output value, which require us to the variety of liquid mixture ratio, blend and operation process has a specific requirement
The design is based on PLC mixed liquid control, but in order to more intuitive to show the liquid image of the control system of advantage, use kingview to, through the connection dynamic picture and dynamic picture the process should be designed .

在工艺加工最初,把多种原料再合适的时间和条件下进行需要的加工以得到产品一直都是在人监控或操作下进行的,在后来多用继电器系统对顺序或逻辑的操作过程进行自动化操作,但是现在随着时代的发展,这些方式已经不能满足工业生产的实际需要。实际生产中需要更精确、更便捷的控制装置 。采用基于PLC的控制系统来取代原来由单片机、继电器等构成的控制系统,采用模块化结构,具有良好的可移植性和可维护性。对提高企业生产和管理自动水平有很大的帮助,同时又提高了生产线的效率、使用寿命和质量,减少了企业产品质量的波动,因此具有广阔的市场前景。
本次的课题设计主要达到的一部分要求就是:1.在保证工人安全的基础上,提高产出质量。2.到达所需要的各项指标。3.在完成必要的工作前提下,试着调试各项数值,得到真值。4.设计完成整个课题相应的组态。
