摘要:本次毕业设计的主要内容是对煤矿矿井供电系统移动变电站、输电线路的初步设计,根据煤矿供电系统相关要求规范进行设计。
移动变电站是煤矿矿井电力系统的重要组成部分,担负着改变电能和分配电能的重要任务。移动变电站的优点在于它的移动性,它能随着井下煤矿开采而深入,及时有效的为井下采煤作业提供所需电能,减小损耗和压降,保障了煤矿生产的安全性与有效性。
输电线路是煤矿矿井电力系统的重要组成部分,担负着输送和分配电能的重要任务。输电线路能否稳定运行决定了整个电力系统的稳定运行。改进供电质量,力求供电最为安全、可靠、方便、灵活、经济,变配电治理更为有效,从而改善供电质量,使该电力系统更安全、可靠的运行。
设计首先根据任务书所给参数及任务:①给定条件:进入该煤矿的地面电压为35kV;井下高压电缆的长度为:1km ;以及煤矿现有的设备分布图及类型;②设计任务:电气主接线设计、电缆的选择、保护设计、各设计图纸的绘制。在设计可行的条件下,按照任务书依次完成各项设计任务。

ABSTRACT:The main content of this graduation paper is the designs of movable transformer pack, transmission line as well as protective system of power-supply of coal mine, according to the request and standard of power-supply of coal mine.
Movable transformer is an important part of power-supply of coal mine, which bears the important task of electricity transmission and distribution. Its advantage is that it is removable and it along with an in-depth shift of coalmine exploitation. Provide timely and effective support electricity needed by coalmine exploitation to decrease power loss and voltage drop. It ensure it is safe and availability production in coal mine.
Transmission line is an important part of the electricity system, which bears the important task of electricity transmission and distribution. The stability of the entire power system operation depends on the stable operation of transmission lines. Trying to make the supply most secure, reliable, convenient, flexible, economic, and make the power distribution management more effective in order to improve power quality and reduce operating costs.
The design is made in accordance with the parameters and tasks of the letter. First, entering to surface power voltage is 35kV, the length of inside high-voltage cable is 1km and it offer a existing distribution map of facilities as well as device type; Second, the design tasks are electric main wiring design, short circuit current calculations, electrical equipment selection, cable selection, relay protection design, the design drawings of the drawing, control system design. Then, analyzing its feasibility and finishing all tasks on the condition that the design is feasible.
