摘 要:混凝土搅拌站是随着水泥的诞生而产生和发展的。它是建筑、桥梁、道路、大坝等工程施工中的必备设备,随着我国经济建设的高速发展,综合国力不断增强,国家对基础设施建设的投资力度加大,拉动了城市商品混凝土的高速发展,同时,使混凝土搅拌站有了较大的发展空间。最初搅拌站仅以手动的形式出现,后来过渡到继电器控制、单片机控制、PLC控制等。随着基础设施建设大规模的开展,产生了很大的商品混凝土市场,搅拌站的需求越来越大,计量要求越来越高,于是出现了各种不同形式带有计量装置的搅拌站。
本文采用了三菱PLC对混凝土搅拌站进行控制并采用组态王进行模拟,主要介绍了混凝土搅拌站的现状及其研究目的和意义,完成部分硬件的选择,系统的设计方案和PLC的I/O分配,控制程序的编写并对程序进行解释,完成组态模拟工程。

ABSTRACT:Concrete batching plant is produced with the birth and development of cement. It is a necessary equipment for engineering construction, bridges, roads, dams and other construction, with the high-speed development of China economy, comprehensive national strength, the state's infrastructure construction investment increased, pulling the rapid development of city commercial concrete, at the same time, the concrete mixing stations have larger development space. The initial mixing station appear only in a manual form, then the transition to the relay control, microcomputer control, PLC control, and so on with the development of large-scale infrastructure construction, the commercial concrete mixing station big market, the demand is more and more big, metering requirements more and more high, so there are different forms with metering device mixing station.
This paper adopts the Mitsubishi PLC on concrete mixing station control and using King view simulation, mainly introduces concrete mixing station status and the purpose and significance of the study, completed the hardware selection, design and PLC system control program is written and the procedures for interpretation, to complete the configuration simulation engineering.
