摘要:本次设计主要解决鼓风机出口压力的控制问题,鼓风机是参数为30到200千帕或压缩比e为1.3到3的风机。主要通过PLC控制器对静叶角度的调节以及风机的转速调节来控制鼓风机出口的压力。静叶的控制是鼓风机控制的关键部分,伺服控制器接收来自PLC控制器的指令信号,然后和来自角位移传感器的角度信号进行比较,所得差值经过PID运算处理,处理的结果放大之后产生一个可以驱动电液伺服阀的指令电信号,伺服阀控制动力油,控制伺服油缸使得阀门达到预期的位置,实现调节静叶角度的目的;电机调速控制也是鼓风机控制的重要组成部分,变频器接收来自PLC的指令信号,变频器以达到改变出口压力的目的。因此性能优良的出口压力控制系统是保证鼓风机正常运行的前提保证。
