摘要:焦化生产工艺中要用大量的洗涤水和冷却水,也就产生了大量的废水。各焦化厂的废水数量及性质随采用的生产工艺和化学产品精制加工的深度不同而异,焦化废水的COD(化学耗氧量)相当高,主要污染物是酚、氨、氰、硫化氢和油等,如不进行处理或处理不当,造成的后果十分严重。
焦化厂生产过程中排放出大量含有毒、有害物质的废水, 该废水所含污染物包括酚类、多环芳香族化合物及含氮、氧、硫的杂环化合物等, 是一种典型的含有高污染、难降解有机物的高浓度工业废水。因此焦化废水的处理, 一直是国内外废水处理领域的一大难题, 几十年来尚未出现突破性的研究成果。目前焦化废水的处理技术主要有生化法、高级氧化法和物理化学法等三大类。
本文在系统收集和认真阅读大量国内外有关资料文献的基础上,通过实验、分析和评述,指出净化剂的絮凝沉淀技术是焦化废水脱色处理的重要技术措施之一。论文比较分析了活性炭对焦化废水的净化处理效果,总结了该净化剂对焦化废水的脱色处理具有良好效果,但是具有难再生,成本高等缺点,不宜大规模使用。

Abstract:Coking production processes to use a lot of washing water and cooling water, also produce a considerable amount of wastewater. Each coking plant of wastewater quantity and nature of the production process and with the depth of the refining process of chemical products and varies of coking wastewater COD (chemical oxygen consumption) quite high, and the major pollutant is phenol, ammonia, cyanide, hydrogen sulfide and oil etc., such as not processed or processing is not serious, the consequences is very serious.
Coking plant production process out ranked massive quantities of poisonous and harmful substances of wastewater, the waste water containing pollutants that including polycyclic aromatic compounds and nitrogen, oxygen, sulfur heterocyclic compound etc., is a kind of typical contains high pollution, difficult degradable organics high concentrations of industrial wastewater. Therefore the coking wastewater treatment, has been in the field of wastewater treatment, a big problem for decades has not appeared yet breakthrough research. At present the coking wastewater treatment technology mainly with biochemical method, advanced oxidation process and physical and chemical method three categories.
Based on the system to collect and carefully read plenty of domestic and foreign relevant data, on the basis of literature through experiment, summarized and analyzed the flocculation, and points out that the fining precipitation technology is an important coking wastewater decoloring treatment is one of the technical measures. Paper compares and analyses of gac coking wastewater purification processing effects, and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of cleanser.
