摘要:本次设计的题目是某市印染废水处理。随着印染工业的发展,越来越多的废水被排放,严重污染着环境并危害到了人类的身体健康和生命安全。因此,印染废水的治理已成为迫在眉睫的事情了。
通过查阅大量文献,了解了印染废水的特点,印染废水具有水量大、有机物含量高、色度高、含有PVA难于生物降解的有机物等特点。本设计为2000m3/d印染废水的处理工艺。进水水质:CODcr 1200mg/L, BOD5 312mg/L,SS 15mg/L, PH 8,色度 1000倍,出水水质:CODcr≤100mg/L, BOD5 ≤30mg/L,SS≤15mg/L, PH为6~9,色度≤50倍。本设计采用生物接触氧化法,它除去率高,出水水质好,微生物浓度高,污泥产量少。本设计由绪论(介绍印染废水的现状及处理工艺),构筑物设计和计算(工艺流程中主要和辅助构筑物的设计计算),平面布置和高层设计(设计的平面布置和高层流程图),总结组成。经过处理后,各项指标均能满足要求。

Abstract:The topic designed this time is that one city prints and dye waste water treatment . With the development of printing and dyeingindustry, more and more waste water is discharged, human and healthy with the life security that polluted the environment seriously and danger has reached. So, the administration which printed and dye the waste water has already become the extremely urgent thing .
Through consulting a large number of documents , have understood that prints and dye the characteristic of the waste water, print and dye the heavy , high , organic matter high , with difficult biodegradation of PVA of colour of content of organic matter ,etc.The design intends to dispose printing and dyeing sewage production with the normal quantify of water of 20003/d.The quality of the water is: CODcr 1200mg/L, BOD5 312mg/L,SS 15mg/L, PH 8,chromaticity 1000 times.The quality of the discharge water is: CODcr≤100mg/L, BOD5 ≤30mg/L,SS≤15mg/L, PH为6~9,chromaticity ≤50 times.This design USES the biological contact oxidation method, it off rate is high, effluent is good, microbes, high concentrations of sludge yield less. This design is introduced by the introduction (printing and dyeing wastewater treatment technology) the present situation and the design and calculating (and structures in technological processes main and auxiliary structures, design and calculation of the layout and the high-level) design (the layout and design of high flow chart), summary. After processing, all indexes can meet the requirements.
