摘要:随着我国规模化,集约化畜禽养殖场的迅速发展,畜禽养殖产生的污染日益严重,对空气、水源、土壤都会造成不良的影响。工业化处理模式处理畜禽养殖业产生的污水具有占地少,适应性广的特点,得到迅速的发展和推广。其中厌氧-好氧处理在提高污水处理效果的同时,厌氧发酵阶段可以产生沼气,对污水实现能源开发,是保护农业自然资源,促进现代化养殖业的好办法。本文绪论部分具体介绍了畜禽养殖污染和处理现状,沼气工程发展状况及沼气利用现状等。
本文采用厌氧-好氧处理工艺,对南京市浦口区南农实验田养猪场进行污水能源开发与达标排放一体化设备系统设计。对采集水样进行水质测定及厌氧发酵实验,实验发现厌氧阶段适宜水力停留时间为5d,厌氧阶段COD去除率为85%,同时结合国家及行业相关标准,对污水进行预处理、厌氧处理阶段、好氧处理阶段、沼气应用等方面的设计。设计内容包括设备工艺的选择、流程确定、工艺参数确定等。
本文还对所设计系统进行了投资估算和经济效益分析,经估算分析发现本污水能源开发与达标排放一体化系统投资回收期为1.3年,有较好的经济效益。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's scale, intensive livestock and poultry farms, the pollution from raising livestock is increasingly serious.the pollution of air, water, soil can cause adverse effects. Industrial processing model to deal with sewage produced by livestock farming systems occupies little space, has the characteristics of adaptability, obtains the rapid development and promotion. anaerobic-aerobic treatment , as one type of the industrial processing model , can improve sewage treatment effect , at the same time, anaerobic ferment stage can produce biogas, which make sewage treatment achieve energy development and is a good solution to protect agricultural natural resources and promote the modernization of aquaculture. The introduction section of this paper introduces the raising livestock pollution and the treatment Status, methane project development status and biogas utilization status, etc.
This paper adopts anaerobic-aerobic treatment process, designing a energy development and drainage standard integration equipment system for piggery on experimental field of Nanjing Agricultural University , which is located in
Pukou District of Nanjing . Through the water determination and anaerobic fermentation experiments of the Collected water samples, it is found that the suitable hydraulic retention time for anaerobic stage is 5d , and anaerobic stage can remove 85% COD of the sewage. In combination with countries and related standards, the paper make the designment of the pretreatment, anaerobic treatment phase, aerobic processing stage, the biogas application, etc. Design elements include the choice of process equipment, the process identification, the process parameters identified and so on. This paper also make investment estimate and economic benefit analysis for the designed system, the estimate analysis found the investment capital of this sewage energy development and drainage standard integration system can be recovered in 1.3 years , with good economic benefit.
