摘要:随着信息技术的不断发展进步,使得计算机的应用在经济和社会生活等各个领域得到普遍应用,对人类的日常生活产生了巨大影响。而作为管理信息系统的中小学教务系统,还有很多学校使用传统的手工劳动,例如纸质的学籍等等。随着学校规模的扩大,学生人数的增加,学生信息的管理也变得越来越复杂。为了适应教学快速发展的需要,保证良好的教学质量,使得学校的教务人员从繁琐的教务管理工作中解脱出来,就要有一个与其自身发展特点相适应的管理信息系统。信息化高速发展的今天,学校的教育工作对教务管理工作提出了更高的标准与要求,所以改变传统的教学管理模式,运用信息化的手段进行科学管理,实现教务管理的信息化是势在必行[9]。
本论文以中小学教务信息管理系统为例,采用ASP.NET、Access技术,对教务管理中的学生基本信息录入及管理、排课管理,及学生成绩管理等方面进行管理。

Abstract:With the continuous development and progress of IT, the application of computer is widely used in economy, social life and other various fields, which makes a great impact on people’s daily life. The primary and secondary educational administration system, as the management information system, there are still lots of schools using traditional manual labor, for instance, the school rolls of paper and so on. With the enlargement of the scale of school, the increase in student numbers, the management of students’ information is becoming more and more complicated. In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of education, assure good education quality and make school’s teaching staff break away from the tedious work of educational administration, school must have a management information system that is compatible with its own developing characteristics. Nowadays in an age of rapid information advancement, educational work of school put forward higher standards and requests to educational management. Therefore, it must be enforced to change traditional teaching management model, use informalizational tools for scientific management and realize informalizaion of educational management.
The thesis takes the primary and secondary educational administration system for an example, that is, schools use ASP.NET, Access technology to manage input of students’ basic information, classes’ arrangement, students’ work and some other aspects.

第一章绪论。介绍了论文研究的背景及意义,分析了教务系统国内外发展现状和问题,说明了本课题的研究意义和内容。
第二章开发工具及技术。阐述了本系统在设计中所使用相关技术。首先介绍了ASP.NET技术,然后介绍了C#编程语言,同时也阐述了数据库技术。
第三章详细阐述了教务管理系统的业务流程和数据模型。
第四章针对之前的所做的分析,对教务系统总体进行全面说明,阐述系统中的主要功能模块。
第五章总结。对全文进行总结,并说明有待进一步研究的问题。
第六章 论文的参考文献整理。
