摘要:基于现代人事管理的理念,结合中国行业主管机关的人事管理经验,将现代化的信息技术和网络技术引入企业人事管理工作,采用人事管理信息系统,已成为行业管理发展与进步的必然之路。
本次人事管理系统使用Visual Basic 2005最新版本的编程技术,从软件工程原理出发,介绍系统开发的全过程,对项目系统进行详细的分析,包括了系统设计、数据库设计、底层代码设计和界面设计等内容。
人事管理系统主要的功能就是实现如何有效地对员工实施宏观管理,对企事业单位的构成情况和发展趋势进行统计、规划、分析、预测,根据分析的结果制定切实可行的人事政策。基于计算机信息技术和网络技术的人事管理系统,对全面提高企业人事管理工作的效率,提升现代企业管理工作的战略地位具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Based on the modern personnel management concept, combined with the industry competent authority of the personnel management experience, put the modern information technology and network technology into the enterprise personnel management work.
