摘 要:目前我国市场经济正在快速发展,各行业也随之呈现出生机勃勃的发展景象,其中餐饮业的发展特别的突出。近两年来更是呈现出高速发展的态势。但在快速发展的同时,餐饮业在日常经营管理中仍存在着普遍采用手工管理方式,整体科技含量比较低。随着餐饮企业规模扩大和数量的增加,手工管理模式不管是在工作效率、人员成本还是提供决策信息方面都已适应不了现代化经营管理的要求,制约着整个餐饮业的规模化发展和整体服务水平的提升。利用计算机进行信息收集、储存、加工、传递、维护以及使用的信息管理系统,能够代替过去那种大量、繁杂的手工操作,提高工作效率、节约成本。对于一个餐馆来说,要顺应时代潮流,运用新的工具来提高工作效率、节约成本、提高收益,设计出一个餐饮管理信息系统就是一个很有效的解决办法。
本文详细的介绍了系统开发平台的选择,需求分析、数据库设计以及实现过程。该系统采用B/S模式,使用SQL数据库设计而成。该系统的主要功能模块包括:会员用户在线点餐、预约就餐时间、桌子、确定就餐人数,管理员通过会员提供的信息准备,同时还提供了结账和账目汇总的功能,方便了管理员和用户的操作。本文还对各个模块的功能和实现过程都进行了详细的介绍。

ABSTRACT:China's market economy is the rapid development of various industries will be vibrant development scene showing the development of the catering industry, especially prominent. The past two years is showing a trend of rapid development. But at the same time in the fast growing food and beverage industry in the daily operation and management, there are still commonly used by manual management mode, the overall scientific and technological content is relatively low. With the size of the food and beverage companies to expand and increase in the number of manual management mode, regardless of efficiency, personnel costs or to provide information for decision-making have to adapt to the requirements of modern management, to restrict the large-scale development of the entire catering industry and the overall level of service improved. The use of computers for information collection, storage, processing, delivery, maintenance and use of information management systems, instead of the past that a lot of complicated manual operation,improve efficiency, cost savings. For a restaurant, the trend of the times, the use of new tools to improve efficiency, save costs, increase revenue, and to design a food and beverage management information system is a very effective solution.
This article details the introduction of a system development platform of choice, needs analysis, database design and implementation process. The system adopts B / S mode, use the SQL database designed. The system's main function modules include: Member users online ordering, booking dinner time, table, determine the dining number of members to provide information to prepare, the administrator at the same time also provides a checkout and summary accounts, convenient for administrators and users operation. Function of each module and are described in detail.
