摘要:近年来,我国食品安全形势十分严峻。日益加剧的环境污染和频繁发生的食品安全事件给人类生命和健康带来了巨大的威胁,并已成为人们关注的热点问题。针对此问题,本文通过openstack云的技术,利用其nova,keystone,swift,glance的组件搭建一个高性能的云平台,在此平台上,通过LAMP的架构,设计开发了B/S形式的餐饮食品安全信息存储及其管理系统。
餐饮食品安全信息管理系统分为四大部分:业务办公平台,餐饮企业端,监控指挥端,现场监管端。业务办公平台包括:餐饮单位信息,许可证管理,日常监管信息,行政监管检查,从业人员信息,监管人员管理,企业信用考核,事故报送管理,抽查专查处理,投诉举报处理。餐饮企业端包括:人员信息,场所设备,食品留样,洗涤消毒记录,食品添加剂,食品台账信息,企业基本信息。监控指挥中心:指令下达,事故追踪。现场监管:执法处罚记录,现场检查记录,专项检查记录,量化分析评定。此B/S架构的管理系统,与mysql数据库相关联的中间交互的功能由php实现。此餐饮食品安全信息管理系统内嵌在定制的linux镜像中,而linux镜像通过openstack云来对外提供服务。操作者以iaas的方式通过openstack获得linux虚拟机的使用,之后即可被授权使用虚拟机内置餐饮食品安全信息管理系统,这又是类似的saas的方式。
本选题的研究成果一方面对于openstack的搭建,利用以及和LAMP架构的结合具有重要的参考价值,另一方面建立一个统一的餐饮食品安全私有云,使各地各方的食品安全监管部门能利用这个共享云提供的餐饮食品安全信息管理系统,来录入大量餐饮食品信息,以及来从中提炼信息的价值,来为餐饮食品安全做出贡献。

Abstract:In recent years, China's food security situation is very grim. Increasing environmental pollution and the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents to human life and health has brought huge threat, and has become a hot issue. To solve this problem, this paper openstack cloud technology, using its nova, keystone, swift, glance components to build a high-performance cloud platform, on this platform, through the LAMP architecture, design and development of the B / S in the form of food and beverages safety information storage and management system.

Catering business side include: personnel information, site equipment, food to stay kind, washing disinfection records, food additives, food ledger information, enterprise basic information. Monitoring Command Center: Instruction issued, accident tracking. Site supervision: Law enforcement penalties recorded on-site inspection records, special inspection records, quantitative analysis and evaluation. This B / S structure of the management system, associated with mysql database functionality is provided by the interaction among php implementation. This restaurant food security information management system customized linux embedded in the mirror, and the mirror through openstack cloud linux to external services. Operator to iaas way through openstack get linux virtual machine to use, then you can be authorized to use a virtual machine built restaurant food security information management system, which is similar to the way saas.
The topics of research results on the one hand for openstack structures, utilization and combination and LAMP architecture has important reference value, the other to create a unified food safety catering private cloud, so that all parties around the food safety supervision departments to take advantage of this shared cloud provides catering food security information management system to input a lot of information on food and beverages, as well as the information to be extracted from the value of restaurant food safety to contribute.
