摘要:随着我国汽车工业的快速发展,汽车制造业对其零部件的自动装配质量提出了更高的要求,对装配技术的要求也同样如此。为确保汽车零部件装配质量的稳定性和可靠性,从而达到产品质量的零缺陷,要求装配时的每一个环节均要稳定可靠。
本次课题设计来源于工程实际,要求是设计一套汽车水泵电子压装机的电气控制系统。本设计要求用PLC控制伺服电动机驱动丝杆螺母机构完成压装动作,设计内容包括:电气原理图、控制流程图、PLC和人机控制软件等。通过本次课题设计体验和实践一下设计电气控制系统的方法和流程,锻炼自己的动手动脑的能力和创新思维能力。本次设计是设计电气控制系统,通过电气控制的设计,要求此系统能够顺利完成对汽车水泵零部件的压装动作。还要求设计一台此系统的人机界面,操作要简单直观,容易理解,抗干扰能力强,稳定性高。本次设计需要我们自己选择电气元件,编写PLC程序,画出控制流程图和电气原理图。 通过此次压装机控制系统的设计,深刻体验电气控制系统的研发设计,培养独立思考和解决实际问题的能力,完成对机械系统、PLC程序编写等理论知识的实践,对机电传动控制、气动技术等理论知识的理解更加深刻,对自己的能力有进一步的提升。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of China's automobile industry, car manufacturing automated assembly of its components a higher quality requirements, the requirements for assembly technology is also true. To ensure the stability of auto parts assembly quality and reliability, product quality so as to achieve zero defect, requiring every aspect of the assembly have to be stable and reliable.
The project design was actually derived from this project, the requirement is to design a suitable for automotive water pump electronic pressure capacity of the mechanical control system. The design requirements using PLC control servo or stepper motor drive mechanism complete screw nut crimping action, design elements include: electrical diagrams, control flow, PLC and man-machine control software. Through this project design experience and practice what mechanical control system design methods and processes, exercise their own hands brains ability and creative thinking ability. This design is the design of electrical control system, through electrical control design, this system is able to successfully complete the requirements of the automobile water pump parts press-fit operation. Also asked to design a human-machine interface of this system, the operation should be simple and intuitive, easy to understand, anti-interference ability, high stability. The design of the electrical components need our own choice, write the PLC program, draw control flow and electrical schematics. Through this pressure installed control system design, profound experience mechanical control system research and design, develop independent thinking and the ability to solve practical problems, the completion of the mechanical systems, PLC programming practices such as theoretical knowledge of mechanical and electrical drive control, pneumatic technology and other more profound understanding of theoretical knowledge, their ability to have further improved.

本课题来源于工程实际,具有一定的现实意义。通过设计一套汽车电子水泵压装机的机械系统,直接有效的将我们所学的理论基础知识联系到了实际的生产运用当中,能很好的培养我们的创新与研发能力。本次课题研究的目的,主要有两个方面:第一方面是对我们的知识能力进行一次全面性的考核。在本次课题中,所运用到的基础知识都是大学期间所学习过的课程,比如机电传动控制、电气控制及PLC、传感器和测试技术等基础课程。此次课程设计让我们必须从新去把这些知识全面的、认真仔细的复习一遍,把这些基础知识牢牢地掌握并且能够熟练的运用。第二方面就是对我们进行科学研究基本功的训练,培养学生综合运用所学知识独立地分析问题和解决问题的能力,为以后撰写专业学术论文打下良好的基础。本次课程设计是我们第一次独立自主的进行研究与创作,让我们自己运用所学的知识去分析设计出一套机械系统,让我们对机械系统的设计有一定的了解和认识。并且在设计过程中,我们必然会遇到各种各样的问题,我们得自己想办法去分析解决这些问题。比如我们自己去查找相关课外知识,学习并运用人家分析问题的方法和解决问题的途径,让它成为自己分析并解决问题的新方法。
