摘要:车间风动工具的使用使繁重的手工操作实现机械化,减少了工人的工作强度,增加了工厂的工作效率,缩短了工作周期。由于风动工具具有轻小、高效及安全可靠的特点,所以目前在各个大型工厂都具有风动工具系统。
根据要求对风动工具系统进行设计,计算出所有风动工具的耗气量,选择风动工具工作压力,计算出储气罐的体积,最低压力值和最高压力值,并实现自动控制原理,储气罐压力低于最低压力值时启动电动机,高于最高压力值时停止电动机。油水分离器和干燥器是气体净化中两个重要的装置,对其进行结构设计、参数设计,绘制出油水分离器和干燥器的装配图及其重要零件图。对于其他装置,根据对其的性能要求,在市场上选择购买。

风动工具系统由三大部分组成,气源发生装置、气体净化装置和气动工具。
气源发生装置是由电动机和压缩机组成,电动机带动压缩机吸入空气并将空气压缩排送出去;气体净化装置由后冷却器、油水分离器、干燥器、过滤器和储气罐组成,压缩空气经后冷却器降温后,气体终的水分、油滴和灰尘凝结出来,然后传输到油水分离器分离,对压缩气体进行第一步净化,压缩空气流入到干燥器内再进行一次干燥除水,然后流经过滤器进行精过滤,最后流入到储气罐进行储存;当风动工具工作的时候,储气罐中的压缩气体经减压阀控制压力,再由油雾器对空气中加入雾态润滑油,最终带动风动工具转动。
