摘 要:摩擦压力机是现代工业最早出现的螺旋压力机,它具有结构简单,价格低廉的优点,迄今为止已有近二百年的历史并仍在广泛使用。摩擦螺旋压力机是以摩擦传动机构带动螺杆滑块机构,依靠动能对工件进行压制,使工件吸收能量,产生变形的成型设备,它兼有锻锤和压力机的双重工作特性。
本论文对摩擦压力机进行了较全面论述,阐明了摩擦压力机的工作原理。综合运用前人的实践设计计算得出较好的摩擦压力机的结果,能较好地解决实际问题。对摩擦压力机的设计有参考价值。在通过应用三维软件和CAD软件对压力机进行设计的同时,还查阅了许多文献,详尽地了解国内外关于摩擦压力机优化的研究。对于摩擦压力机,认识到其在工程设计及使用中还存在一些缺陷(如参数选择不合理,机械效率过低等)。此外,该论文还涉及了压力机当今的发展状况、发展水平以及今后的发展前景等。由于压力机的应用领域越来越广,其需求也越来越大,因此通过对压力机的设计,可以更加熟悉它的生产工艺。

ABSTRACT:Friction screw press is the earliest screw press of modern industry, it has a simple structure, low price advantage, so far has a history of nearly two hundred years and is still widely in use. Friction screw press is a friction drive mechanism drives the screw slide block mechanism, relying on the kinetic energy to suppress of workpiece, the workpiece absorbs energy, the deformation of molding equipment, it has dual working characteristics of forging hammer and the press.
To friction screw press were described comprehensively in this paper, to clarify the working principle of friction screw press. The practice of the integrated use of previous design calculation to obtain better result of the friction screw press, can better solve practical problems. Is reference value for the friction press design. Through the application of 3 d software and CAD software to carry on the design of the press and, also looked through many documents, detailed understanding of the domestic and foreign research on friction press optimization. For the friction press, realized in the engineering design and there are still some defects in use (such as unreasonable parameter selection, mechanical efficiency too low). In addition, the paper also addresses the press today's development condition, development level and the future prospects for development, etc. Due to press the application domain is more and more widely, the demand is becoming more and more big, so according to the design of the press, it can be more familiar with the production process.
