摘 要:随着经济的发展及钢铁行业的不断竞争,各个企业对钢铁产品质量的要求逐步提高,而炼铁是提高钢铁产品质量的重要的环节。布料器是高炉炼铁过程的关键设备,对冶炼工艺及生产过程的制约影响程度高。因此,设计好布料器是现代高炉设计的重要基础。BT型布料器具有独特的优点,已经成功应用于大型高炉上,并且取得了大量的成功经验,它的出现对我国炼铁事业的发展起到积极的推动作用。本课题依据BT型布料器的工作原理为某企业的2000m3高炉设计了布料器,对布料器的结构进行了一定的优化,采用全液压驱动方式来实现布料器的旋转和摆动。本文将主要介绍多种布料器的工作原理及基本结构的比较,对本次设计的布料器相关力能参数计算和结构的确定进行了相关说明,并对本布料器的安装、维护等提出了一些要求及制定了一定的措施。

ABSTRACT:With the development of economy and the steel industry growing competition, the enterprise requirement for the quality of steel products gradually improve, but iron is the most important role to improve the quality of steel products. Is a key equipment of blast furnace iron-making process, the case of smelting process and production process of high degree of restriction effect. Therefore, design good charging machine is the important foundation of modern blast furnace design. BT type cloth equipment has unique advantages, has been successfully applied in the large blast furnaces, and made a lot of successful experience, it appears to play a positive role in the development of iron-making industry in China. This topic according to the work principle of the BT type charging machine designed for an enterprise of 2000 m3 blast furnace charging machine, the structure of the case was optimized, adopts full hydraulic pressure drive way .
