摘 要:本课题所研究的内容就是在UG平台上利用UG/Open API与Visual C++的开发环境对四方孔拉刀采用参数化设计。四方孔拉刀是一种特殊的加工精度和切削效率都比较高的多齿工具,结构组成与众多拉一样,只是切削部的刀齿结构形式不一样。四方孔拉刀设计中涉及的参数多,各部分的结构复杂,采用传统的设计方式来设计四方孔拉刀会造成开发成本高、设计质量低、设计周期长,而采用本课题所研究的参数化设计就能很好地解决这些问题。其主要内容主要利用UG的CAD功能完成四方孔拉刀的三维建模,再利用UG的二次开发工具UG/Open API与C++连接,从而实现四方孔拉刀的参数化设计。在UG环境下用C++ 软件二次开发专用的四方孔孔拉刀系列参数化设计,不仅可以按照产品的设计意图进行灵活的修改,而且缩短四方孔拉刀的设计周期、保证设计质量、提高设计精度、降低开发成本。

ABSTRACT:What this topic research is on UG platform using UG/Open API and Visual c + + development environment to the four square hole broach USES the parametric design. Four square hole broach is a special kind of machining precision and the cutting efficiency is much higher gear tools, structure and numerous, but cutting of cutter tooth structure is different. Parameters involved in the design of four square hole broach, the complicated structure of each part, the traditional design method to design the square hole caused by high development cost, low quality of design, the design cycle is long, and use this topic research the parametric design can well solve these problems. Its main contents mainly use of UG CAD function complete four square hole broach the three-dimensional modeling, using UG secondary development tool UG/Open API connection of c + +, so as to realize the four square hole broach of parametric design. In UG environment using c + + software for secondary development of the square distributed broach series of parametric design, not only can be flexible modification according to the product design intent, and shorten the design cycle of the square hole broach, ensure the quality of design, improve the design accuracy, reduce development costs.
