摘要:本次设计为大同市给水工程设计,设计内容主要包括三部分,即取水工程设计、给水管网设计和净水厂设计。该净水厂处理工艺采用常规处理,即“混凝——沉淀——过滤——消毒”。
设计水厂建于城市的东北角,靠近城市和水源地。混凝包括混合和絮凝两部分。取水工程中采用地表水做水源,根据水位变化较大,水厂采用固定式取水构筑物。由于主流近岸,岸边有足够的水深,水质地质条件较好,所以选择岸边式取水构筑物。一泵站选取水泵250S24A型单级双吸离心泵四台,三用一备。混凝采用PAFC,计量泵投加,选三台AHC62计量泵,设计流量为108 L/h,两用一备,单台泵流量为Q=105L/h。溶液池分三个格,每格容积为13m3,两用一备交替使用。 溶解池分三格,每格容积为2.6m3,两用一备交替使用。设计尺寸:L×B×H=1.5m×1.5m×1.5m,包括超高0.3m。设计尺寸:L×B×H=2.4m×3m×2.1m,包括超高0.3m。絮凝池采用网格絮凝池,分为4组,絮凝池的有效水深3.6m池的总高H为4.4m,单个有效尺寸为1.39×1.39米。沉淀池采用斜管沉淀池,分2组,尺寸14×30m,为了配水均匀,进水区布置在30长的一侧。池子总高度H为4.67m,取5m。沉淀池进口采用穿孔墙,排泥采用穿孔管,集水系统采用穿孔管。滤池采用V型滤池,为2个双格滤池。反冲洗使用气水反冲洗,反冲洗水泵选择泵型号700HQB—50D,选六台,四用两备。选择DG型离心鼓风机,选用八台,六用两备。消毒使用液氯消毒,滤池有效工作时间T=24-24×0.2/48=23.9h,滤池高度3.9m。加氯量Q为3.831kg/h。采用加氯机投氯,本设计选用2J型-2转子加氯机两台,交替使用。清水池设为两座,每座的容积为1/2W=6500m3,尺寸采用40m×40m×4.5m。二泵站设计中,选四台350S125型泵,三台工作,一台备用,为调节用水不均匀性,其中一台水泵设置变频调速装置。采用连续式重力浓缩池,设计2座,每个浓缩池面积335.2m2,浓缩池总高度5.8m。取6m。
本给水工程设计能够缓解大同市用水需求,符合其经济、工业水平的不断发展要求,也有利于大同市的进一步发展要求。
