该商务标文件的编制是以XX中学——初中部教学楼的施工合同以及施工设计图纸,国家和地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准等为依据,以及该施工组织针对本工程的地方性及环境特点等,提出合理可行的保证措施加以重点阐述。此次毕业设计通过浏览图纸、广联达钢筋算量及其广联达图形算量和广联达计价软件GBQ4.0等相关软件,结合工程本身进行钢筋工程量和土建工程量手算,通过比对软件计算和手算进一步减少误差和控制成本。

ABSTRACT:This project for Chongqing Xiushan - Yucai Junior high school teaching building, located in Chongqing Xiushan County. Construction area of 6375.1304 square meters,astructure using artificial digging hole pile foundation.
