摘要:餐饮空间的人性化设计是非常重要的,在追求生活高品质的今天,餐饮餐厅不仅要舒适美观,而且还要满足人的功能需求。之所以餐饮空间一再强调人性化设计,是因为人性化设计是基础,是判断餐饮空间设计的好与坏的前提。因为设计是服务于人,人是设计物的接受者,所以餐饮空间必须围绕人来设计,人是设计的唯一对象,这样的话必须符合人性化设计。人的生活质量的提高,对餐饮环境的要求也越来越高,人性化设计已成为一种趋势。
本文主要分为五个部分,首先对人性化设计理念进行解读和对餐饮空间进行简要论述;其次是对餐饮空间设计各要素食膳餐厅的运用进人性化设计行分析;再次对人性化设计在餐饮空间食膳餐厅设计中应用进行分析。最后同时运用到我的毕业设计食膳餐厅设计中,从不同角度和层次对人性化设计加以论述。

Abstract:The user-friendly design of the dining space is very important, in pursuit
of the high quality of life, food and beverage restaurant is not only comfortable and beautiful, but also meet the functional requirements. The reason why the restaurant space has repeatedly stressed that the user-friendly design, is user-friendly design is the foundation, is the prerequisite for good or bad judgment dining space. Because the design is at the service of man is the recipient of the design objects, the dining space to be around people to design, is the only object of the design, such words must be in line with user-friendly design. Improving the quality of people's lives, on the restaurant environment, user-friendly design has become a trend.
This article is divided into five parts, the first to investigate the concept of dining space and development discourse; followed about the importance of humane Shi Shan restaurant design restaurant space; Once again, the user-friendly design elements of Shi Shan Restaurant Dining Space design analysis. Again user-friendly design to analyze the application in Shi Shan restaurant design restaurant space. Finally applied to my graduation Shi Shan restaurant design, the design of humanity to be addressed from different angles and levels.

纵观餐饮空间的发展历程,人们从最初的单一就餐行为,发展为集就餐、休闲、娱乐服务为一体的享受型就餐模式,均反映了经济消费水平的提高,全球饮食文化观念的形成。随着社会发展的不断进步,社会国际化不断推进,只有将餐饮设计与人性化的有关内容进行有机的结合,并坚持以“人”为本,符合人性化设计基本原理的基础上,创造出人性化的餐饮设计,这样才会把餐饮空间设计做到尽善尽美。
本文对餐饮设计的实践运用具有一定的启示和指导作用。对于当今的全球化进程中,餐饮设计以有着快速的发展,而且到了很成熟的阶段,设计观念到表现形式都在不断的推陈出新,纵深发展,希望此方法能给餐饮设计的发展带来推动作用。
