摘要:为了满足日趋严格的汽车技术和进一步提高汽车的燃油经济性、高效性、安全性的要求,汽车油耗监控技术的发展是当今工业发展的必然趋势,而研究新型油耗仪在汽车中应用已具有重要实际意义。
本文在研究国内外相关领域的文献和资料的基础上,对现今新技术KWP2000协议开展了深入的研究,并结合油耗仪研究出基于KWP2000的油耗仪的设计,主要内容先介绍了KWP2000的体系结构和技术特征,KWP2000将通讯系统分为物理层、数据链路层和应用层。并具体分析了这几个分层的实现技术以及相互之间的通讯关系。其次重点阐述了液晶显示模块,给出了硬件接线图,以及硬件时序图和相关程序并作出简单介绍。
本文研究内容对汽车工业的发展具有重要的意义,随着社会能源的节省,在人们心中汽车油量消耗也是一个日益严重的话题,所以油耗技术的开发也将是汽车工业发展的前提。

ABSTRACT:In order to meet the increasingly stringent automotive technology and improve the vehicle fuel economy, efficiency, safety requirements, the development of vehicle fuel consumption monitoring technology is the inevitable trend of industrial development, and Research on new fuel consumption instrument application has important practical significance in the car. And analyzed the relationship between the realization of communication technology to several different layers and mutual. Secondly, focusing on the liquid crystal display module, the hardware connection diagram is given, and the hardware timing diagram and related procedures and make a simple introduction.
The research contents of this paper has important significance for the development of the automobile industry, as the save social energy, consumption is also a growing topic in the hearts of the people of automobile oil consumption, so the development of technology will also be the premise of the development of the automotive industry.

随着社会的发展,汽车工业也不断的壮大,而人们更加关心的是汽车油量消耗问题,因为世界上无论是油价还是汽车尾气的排放对人类来说都是一个值得面对的问题,在我国,对石油的需求也日益增加,光是汽车耗油都占我国燃料总的40%,面对油价的上升,我们不得不响应国家的政策“节能减排”,然而实现这一目的的方法就是设计一个计算油耗的仪表,可以时时监控汽车油量消耗,以控制燃油。
目前,测量汽车油耗的方法可分为两大类:
(1)直接测量法,指拆开汽车发动机油路,接入流量测量设备,直接测的燃油消耗量。具体分为:容积法(单位时间内消耗燃油体积);重量法(单位时间内消耗燃油体积)。他们的共同特点是测量精度高、操作复杂费时、破坏车辆原有油路结构。
(2)间接测量法,如碳平衡法,不拆发动机油路,根据汽车尾气排放的含碳量不变来计算燃油消耗量。这类特点是不用拆开发动机油路、精度不高、设备庞大复杂、不可携带,所以一般只适合于实验室。
现在各种测量油耗的方法日新月异,新型监测装置也朝着经济、方便、快捷、精准的方向发展。而KWP2000协议是汽车厂商广泛使用的诊断协议,它是针对诊断设备和汽车ECU之间的数据交换,实现了一套完整的车载诊断服务,并满足E-OBD标准。针对目前汽车发展现状设计一个基于KWP2000的汽车油耗仪已经非常有意义。
