摘要:加热炉的推钢机是把钢锭或钢肧推入加热炉中的设备,在出料端的加热炉上,推钢机也可以将加热好的钢锭或钢肧从加热炉的另一端推出,在钢铁产中推钢机对连续轧钢起着重要作用。
TGJ液压型推钢机由液压油缸、液压泵站、平衡推杆及底座等组成。其主要特点是:结构简单、推力大、造价低,也可推进双排坯.本课题主要针对液压推钢机的其内容包括液压推钢机介绍、选择设计方案、液压缸计算、液压系统原理设计及液压缸的安装与维护。

目的是让我们设计与改造钢铁厂原有的液压系统,重点解决同步,主要完成液压系统的设计与计算,运动分析,集成块的设计通过该毕业设计能使学生完成专业的基本要求。学生通过工厂实践与理论学习能够完成。完成以上任务能够让我们对本专业知识进行综合运用,增强解决实际问题的能力,培养独立思考的能力,进一步提高查阅资料、计算问题、思考问题、对数据的处理、软件的使用、图纸的绘制、文字表达的能力,为以后工作打下基础。
