摘要:本设计是在给定条件的前提下,综合运用了自己大学四年所学的知识,经过查阅了大量液压系统的资料,反复和老师、同学讨论、交流后,充分利用《液压设计手册》(软件版V1.0)的快捷功能,以及现代机械系统设计理论,结合传统的液压系统设计方法,综合出一个性能较优的刨床专用液压系统;根据液压系统的工作条件和工作要求,在完成相关的设计计算、分析后,对液压系统进液压系统方案优化,拟定出液压液压系统原理图,并对相关液压元件的型号选择以及整个液压系统的性能进行验算,并完成液压缸的总成图;最终将液压系统原理在CQYZ-M/C1智能化测控液压传动综合试验台上得到了充分的验证,成功的实验表明:一台综合性能较为合理、经济、可靠的刨削机床专用液压系统设计已经按预期目标完成。
第一章 绪论。主要包括选题目的及意义、国内外液压系统发展状况。
第二章 液压系统的工况分析计算。主要包括根据设计要求,对系统进行工况分析、负载分析,绘制出速度图和负载图。根据负载要求对刨削专用机床液压系统的各部分进行设计。
第三章 拟定液压系统原理图。主要包括运用现代机械系统设计理论的形态分析法综合液压系统,选择所有的调速方案、速度换接方案、液压泵及液压基本回路建立形态学矩阵进行总体方案的求解,综合出最优的刨床专用液压系统液压系统的工作原理图。
第四章 根据计算结果选择液压元件及辅助元件。
第五章 液压系统进行性能验算。包括确定系统压力损失、调定压力及温升,分析其可行性。
