摘要:近年来,国家大力支持大理州核桃种植,核桃产量每年都在增加,但很多县市都采用手工脱皮,通常将核桃从树上采下来发酵10天左右用铁锤敲或剪子进行手工脱皮,这种方法尤其在大批核桃成熟急需脱皮时,不仅劳动强度大、脱皮效率低,而且果核破损率高,同时果汁溅出来腐蚀手及其皮肤,这样对身体造成一定的危害。另一方面脱皮后有一层网状细膜和脱皮时溅出来的果汁附着在核桃壳表面,这样不得不拿去手工清洗,如果不清洗,干燥后变黑影响核桃的商品价值。
为了提高脱皮效率,节约时间,减轻人们繁重而重复性的劳动,设计一台脱皮清洗一体机是非常有必要的。为了达到较好的脱皮效果,设计采用滚刀旋转挤压及滚筒剪切脱皮原理进行系统设计,设计中对对传动系统进行了设计计算以及脱皮机构、分离机构及清洗机构原理方案的设计。并对带轮、轴以及样机使用UG软件进行简单的建模。

Abstract:In recent years, the state has the strong support of Dali state walnut planting .Walnut production is increasing every year, but many cities and counties are using hand-peeling.Usually walnuts pluck from the trees by hand-peeling fermentation about 10 days with a hammer knocking or scissors clipping . According to this, especially when a large number of mature walnut need urgently peeling,which is not only labor-intensive, low peeling rate,but also core breakage rate .Then juice can spill out and corrosion our hands and skin, it can cause some harm to the body. On the other hand, after peeling ,fruit juice splashes the surface of the walnut shell, like this we had to take manual cleaning. If it doesn’t clean, walnuts grow dried and black will attect will affect the value of the goods.
In order to improve the efficiency of peeling ,save time and reduce the people ’s heavy and repetitive work. So designing a peeling washing machine is very necessary. In order to achieve good peeling efficiency, determining to use the hob rotary extrusion and drum shear dehulling principle to design systematically. The design of transmission system designs for design calculation and the peeling mechanism, isolation mechanism and a cleaning mechanism scheme design. And the belt wheel, shaft and a prototype UG software simple modeling.
