摘要:长期以来,人们一直把用过的塑料袋、塑料瓶当做垃圾,不仅难以处理还形成了白色污染,如何让这些“垃圾”变废为宝成为可用的再生资源,是一直围绕大家的难题。目前,我国废塑料的回收加工多是在发达省市,大多是将废塑料直接运到加工厂加工,像打压和加工为初厂品的机械设备还有很大的市场缺口。塑料切割机生产设备在很大程度上解决了中小城市的废旧塑料堆积和污染问题,废旧塑料加工作为新兴产业,其行业规模正在不断发展壮大,品种和产量不断增多。但目前我国在回收利用技术方面,与国外先进水平还有很大差距。因此,我国塑料工业的可持续发展应围绕塑料与环境这一中心展开。
本设计主要围绕塑料切割机而进行设计,分为对切割机的整体和实现的功能设计,在切割机的设计中重要的部件设计主要为带轮的设计、轴的设计、轴承的设计、刀具的设计、箱体的设计,在整体的控制设计中基于与PLC控制相结合,进一步将开发过程简单而且提高自动化程度。减少了很多人力劳动的参与,生产效率高。

Abstract:For a long time, people treated plastic bags, Plastic bottles which have been used as waste, not only be difficult to deal with but also become white pollution, How to make these 'junk' wastes to become available renewable resources.At present, China`s recovery processing of waste plastics more exist developed provinces and municipalities, most of them are waste plastics directly transported to the processing factories, such as suppressed and processing machinery and equipment of the early factory goods, there is a great gap in the market. Plastic cutting machine production equipment in large part solve the accumulation of small and medium-sized cities of the waste plastics and pollution problems, waste plastics processing as an emerging industry, the industry size is continuously developed, varieties and production continues to increase. However, in the recycling technology with foreign advanced level, there is a big gap. Therefore, the sustainable development of China's plastics industry should commence around the plastic and the environment center.
