摘要:中国是世界上较早发明滚动轴承的国家之一,在中国古籍中,关于轴承的构造早有记载。轴承广泛用于生活的方方面面,许多玩具的生产加工也离不开轴承,只是玩具上所用的轴承和现代机器中广泛应用的轴承不一样,它不像滚动轴承那样由内圈、外圈、滚动体和保持架组成,一般玩具上用的轴承把钢珠装配到胶圈上就能满足玩具的性能要求。据了解,目前玩具轴承胶圈钢珠的装配还在采用传统方式完成,依靠人工进行大量体力工作,劳动力消耗巨大,而且工作效率低下。针对这一情况,结合所学知识,设计一套设备来完成胶圈钢珠的装配,既减少了劳动力的浪费也提高了工作效率。本文首先介绍选题的目的及意义,阐述国内玩具轴承胶圈钢珠装配设备的发展现状,根据不同的工作原理提出不同的设计方案,综合考虑装配各过程,拟定出总体方案,其次详细设计了丝杠,选择了电动机和联轴器,再次,对装配设备的执行部分,即气压系统做了简要介绍和设计,最后对设备的控制部分进行了设计。

Abstract:China is the world's earlier invention of rolling bearing is one of the countries, the Chinese ancient books, about the bearing structure has long been documented.Bearings are widely used in all aspects of life, a lot of toy production and processing is also inseparable from the bearing, is just a toy on the bearing and the modern machines are widely used in bearings are not the same, it is not by the inner ring, the outer ring of rolling bearing as, a rolling body and a holding frame, a general toys with the ball bearing assembly the ring can meet the performance requirements of toys.Reportedly, the current toys bearing ring ball bearing assembly are still using the traditional way, rely on manpower to undertake a large number of manual work, labor consumption, and work efficiency is low.In view of this situation, the combination of knowledge, to design a set of equipment to complete the rubber ball assembly, both to reduce the waste of labor force and improve the work efficiency.This paper first introduces the purpose and significance of topics, the domestic toy bearing ring ball assembly equipment development status, according to the different working principles present different design, considering the assembly processes, work out the overall scheme, followed by the detailed design of the screw, choice of motor and coupling, again, on the assembly device operative, the pneumatic system was briefly introduced and the design, finally the equipment control part of the design.

本设计从现实生活出发,综合应用了本专业的基础知识。据了解,在玩具业迅速发展的今天,玩具轴承的胶圈钢珠装配还在依靠大量工人的劳动力来完成,故设计了一套胶圈钢珠装配的设备来提高生产效率。本设计首先进行了设备机构方面的设计计算,其次简要设计了设备的气压系统,最后设计了设备的控制系统。
由于时间及自己能力有限等因素,本设计只进行了原理性的设计,完成了三维建模及运动仿真,理论上可以实现胶圈钢珠的装配。如果进一步研究玩具轴承胶圈钢珠的装配设备可以从做实物方面开展,也可以从不同型号、不同尺寸的胶圈钢珠自动装配方面开展。
