摘要:我国是世界上人口最多的国家,每天所产生的垃圾量也是一个庞大的数字,现如今在城市当中处理垃圾普遍使用垃圾焚烧法,但是垃圾在焚烧的过程当中会产生SO2、HCL、二恶因等污染环境的气体,必须经过净化将这些有害气体消除掉才能排放到空气当中。
高速离心雾化器是通过电动机高速旋转带动雾化盘的转动,雾化盘产生很大的离心力使石灰浆溶液从雾化盘的喷口处做离心运动脱离雾化盘,由于转速很高,临界速度很大,石灰浆溶液飞出雾化盘后就变成很小了雾滴,雾化后的雾滴表面积增大,能充分的和垃圾焚烧后产生的酸性气体发生反应。其反应的效率影响到排放后空气的质量,往往被用在化工、制药、环保等行业。本雾化器主要使用在垃圾焚烧烟气净化处理,其雾化的性能直接影响到烟气排放指标是否能达到国家标准的重要因素。
在本课题中,主要着重于雾化盘的设计。雾化盘是高速离心雾化器中的核心部件,对雾滴的大小有很大的影响。雾化盘采用多管式,平均分配36个喷嘴,通过高速旋转产生的离心力将料液释放出去并雾化。

ABSTRACT:Our country has the most populous in the world, litter produced by the garbage every day is also a huge number today, in which is widely used in city garbage disposal of garbage incineration method ,But the garbage in the process of burning will produce environmental pollution by SO2, HCL and so on. These harmful gas Must be cleaned to eliminate before emissions to the air .
High-speed centrifugal atomizer is by motor driven in atomization of high speed rotation, atomizing disc lime solution resulted from large centrifugal force from of the vents for centrifugal movement of atomization from spray tray, because of the high rotational speed, critical speed is very big, fly out of atomization after-hours lime solution becomes very small droplets, atomized droplets after surface area increases, can fully and reaction of acidic gas after waste incineration. The efficiency of the reaction effect on the quality of air emissions is often used in chemical, pharmaceutical, environmental industries. The sprayer is mainly used in waste incineration exhaust gas purification treatment, its atomization performance directly affect the exhaust emission index can reach the national standard of important factor .
In this paper, the main focus on the atomizing disk design. The atomizing disk is a core component of high-speed centrifugal atomizer, has great influence on the droplet size. The atomizing disk using the multi-tube type, the average distribution of 36 nozzles, the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the liquid is released and atomization.
