摘要:随着社会的发展,生产水平不断的提高,机械手在通用机械、汽车行业、金属结构、航天工业及造船业都得到了应用。
本次设计题目为油缸缸底自动焊装设计,机械手是三自由度悬挂一个焊枪进行作业。在机械结构方面,每一个方向都是由步进电机带动滚珠丝杆旋转,再有滚珠丝杆带动平台运动,从而实现焊枪直线上的运动。控制方面,PLC控制系统简单且准确有效,本次设计采用PLC控制实现全自动焊接工艺,包括自动起弧、灭弧,检测起弧成功、起弧失败后自动重新起弧,匀速送丝,缸体转台速度控制等。步进电机是一种把电脉信号转换成相应的直线位移或角位移的机电执行元件,脉冲一个一个的输入,转子就一步一步地转动。

ABSTRACT:With the development of the society,the production level is the Constantly improving. Manipulator in general machinery, automobile industry, metal structure in the shipbuilding industry, aerospace industry and has been applied.
This design topic for the oil cylinder bottom automatic welding design, three degrees of freedom manipulator is hanging a welding torch for homework. In terms of the mechanical structure, each one direction is by stepping motor drives the ball screw rotation, another ball screw driven platform movement, so as to realize the movement of welding torch on line. Control, PLC control system is simple and accurate and effective, this design USES the PLC control to realize automatic welding technology, including automatic arc starting and arc extinguishing, detection after striking success, arcing failure automatic arc starting afresh, uniform wire, block turntable speed control, etc. Stepper motor is an electrical pulse signal into the corresponding linear displacement or angular displacement of the mechanical and electrical actuators, pulse input one by one, the rotor is step by step.

焊接应形成机电一体化作为我国焊接产业的规模增长很快,若干焊接器材的性能也有长足进步。但是不少焊接设备与一些焊接材料,仍与国外知名焊接企业产品有一定的差距。焊接设备不能单枪匹马使用。欧美等国家把焊接及其相关的焊材、辅机作为一个整体来看待。焊接设备完全融入机电一体化、融入自动化、融入工业化,焊接与国民经济的各个行业紧紧连在一起,不应是为焊接而焊接。在我国焊接设备、焊接材料、焊接工艺、焊接辅机具等,本应紧密相连的部分分成了几个框框,各自都在强调自己的重要性,相互之间的配合较少,未能很好地协调统一发展。从宏观上讲,焊接设备未能融入机电一体化设备的大环境中。[3]
本次设计来源于实际生产,目前液压缸焊接状况还处于人工焊阶段,设计使其具有完全自动焊接的功能,以此来提高产品的质量和生产效率。
