摘要:根据介质空间结构的不同,可以将光子晶体分为一维光子晶体,二维光子晶体及三维光子晶体。本文主要选用的模型是二维光子晶体,即介电常数在空间的两个方向上具有周期性结构的光子晶体。二维光子晶体的介电常数在第三个方向上是均匀分布的。
本文用传递矩阵法来研究二维光子晶体的能带结构,并且利用Origin软件得到二维光子晶体的能带结构图。

Abstract: Depending on the space structure of media, photonic crystal can be divided into one-dimensional photonic crystal, two-dimensional photonic crystals and three-dimensional photonic crystal. In this paper, we focus on two-dimensional photonic crystals, the dielectric constant of which is periodical in the two directions of space. The dielectric constant in the third direction of the two-dimensional photonic crystal is uniformly distributed. In this paper, we choose the transfer matrix method to study the two-dimensional photonic crystal band structure, and use Origin software to get the two-dimensional photonic crystal band structure diagram.
