摘 要:随着科学技术的不断发展,在移动式通讯机、电视差转机等电子设备中,工作频率的宽度越来越宽,也就是频率的变化越来越丰富。比如视频上网等,这时丙类谐振功放这种窄带放大器就不适用了,必须有种电路能在宽波段工作范围内采用自动调谐技术,迅速转换工作频率。高频功率放大器可分为窄带放大器和宽带放大器。高频功率放大器的功能是用小功率的高频输入信号去控制高频功率放大器,将直流电源供给的能量转换为大功率的高频能量输出。在高频电子技术中,为了获得足够大的高频输出功率和较高的效率,必须采用高频功率放大器。因此,高频功率放大器是发送设备的重要组成部分。
本课题研究的是对高频功率放大器的工作原理和特点进行分析探讨,然后定量分析出输出功率、效率等性能指标,并进行电路设计。最后再用multisim 软件仿真分析结果,最终总结设计心得。

Abstract:With the continuous development of science and technology, in mobile communications, television and other electronic equipment, the operating frequency of the width become the wider and wider, that is the frequency changes become more and more rich. Such as video online, then Class C amplifiers resonant amplifier is a narrow-band amplifier. It does not apply. Then it must be a kind of circuit in the work within the scope of the broad-band used auto-tuning technology, quickly change the operating frequency.High frequency power amplifier can be divided into narrowband amplifier and broadband amplifier. The function of high frequency power amplifier is to use small power input signal to control the high frequency of high frequency power amplifier, the dc power supply energy conversion for high frequency power energy output. In the high frequency electronics, in order to obtain enough high frequency output power and high efficiency, must use high frequency power amplifier. Therefore, high frequency power amplifier is sending an important part of the equipment.
This subject research of high frequency power amplifier is the principle and the characteristics of is discussed, and then the output power, quantitative analysis of the performance indexes such as efficiency, and circuit design. Final reoccupy multisim software simulation analysis results, and finally summarizes the design experience.
