摘要:很多以传统财务指标评价为主的公司管理层得到了许多企业的重视和支持,所以管理的竞争已经成为决定企业成败的关键因素。平衡计分卡作为绩效评估体系及战略实施的工具,通过四大方面的关注平衡发展,改变了之前只利用财务技术进行绩效管理的局限,到现今算是一套比较先进的企业管理理论。虽然平衡计分卡自推出以来历经了十多年,在国外企业的发展过程也比较顺利,但由于国内企业的基础管理水平较低,平衡计分卡在引入企业管理应用中产生了很多问题,导致很多企业都不敢胡乱使用。本文根据对平衡计分卡的特征、基本理论、应用状况进行研究, 主要是为了帮助使用者理解其精髓、为企业绩效评价提供技术支撑,引用乐百氏企业的应用实例和其存在问题进行分析,探究平衡计分卡可能存在的问题和应对办法,对企业引入与应用平衡计分卡有着很大的现实意义。

Abstract:Many traditional financial index evaluation of company management layer of many enterprises have been the attention and support, enterprise managers need objective performance evaluation system to maintain the operation of enterprises in the process, so the management of competition has become the key factor to decide the enterprise success or failure. BSC as a performance evaluation system and strategy implementation tools, through the four aspects of attention to balance development, changed just before the use of financial technology performance management limited, now is a more advanced business management theory. In today's customer oriented environment, the balanced scorecard is mature to introduce enterprise becomes a management priority.
Although the Balanced Scorecard since its launch after more than 10 years, in foreign enterprises development process more smoothly, but because domestic enterprises based on a lower level of management, the Balanced Scorecard in the introduction of enterprise management application has a lot of problems, resulting in many enterprises are not used indiscriminately. Enterprises should according to their own actual situation to use the balanced scorecard, cut can not be used blindly, because it is not only an index evaluation system, but also a strategic management system.

随着社会科技的告诉发展,本课题虽然已经有很多专家、学者对平衡计分卡在企业绩效管理中的应用作了很多研究,但本文就是通过重新审视现在国内外企业并结合当前国家的相关政策对企业在选择平衡计分卡时对企业绩效管理中的应用这一课题进行研究,并结合一些实际相关的案例进行分析。目的就是推进企业的绩效管理创新,以及平衡计分卡在我国企业中运用,通过对各种理论与实践的探讨与分析根据实际情况作出课题设计。因此本课题在当前的绩效理论具有一定的实际意义。
另外,企业的不断地进行着改革与发展,正努力完成各方面的创新,本课题依据企业的实际需要、性质和平衡计分卡等相关理论,深入分析平衡计分卡在企业绩效管理中的适用范围和局限性,并针对一些知名企业进行案例分析,努力提高企业绩效管理水平,促使企业健康发展,全面构建和谐企业。因此,本课题的研究具有一定的现实意义。
