摘要:楼市交易价格的持续攀升带来了房地产的黄金时代,“金九银十”的买房高潮更是让不少投资房地产看到房地产投资的丰厚回报。如今,房地产买卖者不再仅限于富豪之间的投资渠道。相对于一手住房的高价,二手住房的市场无疑更受平民投资者的青睐。本文以广州市为研究对象,将对二手住房的概念及广州二手住房的投资等进行简要分析。
