摘要:营运资金是企业资金总体中最具有活力的组成部分,企业的生存与发展在很大程度上,甚至从根本上是维系于营运资金的运转情况的。近年来渠道关系管理、供应链管理和客户关系管理被广泛应用,企业营运资金管理水平也随之得到提高。而对营运资金管理理论和方法的研究,也逐渐由传统的研究营运资金主要项目转移到从企业经营角度出发,依据渠道管理、供应链管理、客户关系管理等理论来研究企业营运资金管理。本论文正是从渠道管理理论出发,建立制造型企业营运资金管理的新模式,以此推动中国企业营运资金管理理论和实践研究的创新。
本文基于渠道营运资金管理理论,结合北京佳讯飞鸿电气有限责任公司营运资金管理的现状,探讨如何在经营过程中通过改善渠道关系、变革生产方式等方法加速资金周转、降低资金占用水平,从深层次挖掘资金运用潜力。

Abstract:Working capital enterprise funds in general is the most vigorous part, the survival and development of enterprises in the very great degree, and even are fundamentally dependent on working capital operation. In recent years the channel relationship management, supply chain management, customer relationship management is widely used, enterprise operating funds management level also will improve. And for working capital management theory and method of the research, also gradually from the traditional research operating funds to and from the main project transfer business Angle, according to channel management, supply chain management, customer relationship management theory to research enterprise operating funds management. This paper it was from the channel management theory, establish home appliance listed companies operating funds management new mode, so as to promote China's enterprise operating funds management theory and practice research innovation.
This article through the channel of the operating funds management based on the analysis of the theory, the paper analyzes the business activities of ideas and working capital evaluation index; Combined with B company operating funds management present situation, the paper analyses how the based on channel of operating funds management analysis, including operating funds to purchase channel cycle time gave, production channel working capital and operating funds cycle time gave marketing channel cycle time gave analysis.

基于渠道理论的营运资金管理模式,是基于供应链管理、渠道管理、客户关系管理的而建立起来的,打破原有营运资金管理的分类,重新对营运资金进行分类,在分类的过程中,我们也充分的采用上述先进的管理理论和方法,力图将营运资金的管理与企业的业务管理相结合,寻找与各业务管理相对应的营运资金项目,将这些项目分类到一起,在这一基础上我们在对各渠道营运资金的需求因素进行分析,分析时也是立足于供应链管理、渠道管理,找出这些管理方法是如何影响营运资金管理的,并且通过规范分析,我们也证明了业务管理与营运资金管理确实存在着重要的联系,在此之后我们提出了新的营运资金管理绩效评价体系,这一体系从采购、生产、营销以及整体分别建立指标,并对各渠道的营运资金作详细的研究。这一模式的提出,可以说是一种全新的营运资金管理模式,将评价指标体系与企业的采购,生产、营销相结合,通过计算分析,去寻找业务管理的缺陷,通过对业务管理的改善,以达到营运资金管理的改善,真正的从业务着手分析,而不是去片面的看结果,在案例分析中,应用了这一模式,也验证了这一模式在营运资金管理时,确实起到显著的效果。
