摘 要:当今社会,行业之间的市场竞争愈演愈烈,而成本控制管理是建筑施工企业的命脉,作为一个建筑施工企业想要在如今激烈的行业竞争中脱颖而出并保持自己身的优势,必须把成本管理控制做好,这样才能使得企业的产品做到高质量低成本,使公司利润达到最大化,从而促使公司发展。
本文结合重庆X建筑公司的实际情况,在其成本控制方法显得仍然比较传统,导致了X建筑公司的成本控制工作无法与市场的发展保持一致,这是不符合市场经济要求的,并且无法起到控制成本的作用。所以本文在已有的国内外理论研究成果的基础上,从施工项目的成本控制入手,分析了目前施工企业在工程项目控制中存在的问题以及原因,并且通过对成本控制的流程、分类、基本环节等进行了系统的分析,对X建筑公司工程管理的实例进行了简单的剖析。

ABSTRACT:Between today's society, the industry market competition intensified, while the cost control management is the lifeblood of construction enterprises, as a construction enterprise want to in the fierce industry competition advantage and keep your body, must be made in the cost management and control, in this way can make enterprise to do high quality low cost products, make the company profit to maximize, prompting the company development.
In this paper, combined with the actual situation of Chongqing X construction company, at its cost control methods is still more traditional, led to the construction company X cost control work can't consistent with the development of the market, it is not in conformity with the requirements of the market economy and cannot have the effect of cost control. So this article on the basis of existing theoretical research results at home and abroad, from the cost control of construction project, the analysis of the current problems existing in the construction enterprises in the project control and reason, and through to the cost control process, classification and basic link of the analysis of the system, and the instance of X construction company project management has carried on the simple analysis.
