摘要:本《施工组织设计》作为技术性文件,对工程的施工工期、质量目标、安全文明施工目标、项目管理架构设置与劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制及本工程拟配置的机械设备、试验检验仪器设备及周转材料配备等,以及对主要分部分项工程施工技术措施、安全文明施工及降低成本、推广新技术等诸多因素尽可能做了充分考虑,突出其科学性、适用性及针对性。
本施工组织设计是为重庆市沙坪坝区富力城3D组团16#楼投标需要编制的。编制的指导思想是:投标时为业主着想,施工时对业主负责,竣工时让业主满意,同时在经济上合理,技术上可靠的前提下,保质、保量、保工期。
本工程为重庆市沙坪坝区富力城3D组团16#楼住宅楼,重庆市沙坪坝区大学城,设计单位为重庆建筑设计研究院,监理单位为重庆市工程建设监理公司,承建方为中建二局西南分公司。本工程属为钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构,建筑耐火等级为二级,建筑结构使用年限为50年,抗震设防烈度为6度。现场基本具备“三通一平”条件。
