摘要:随着建筑管理体制改革的深化,工程项目越来越受到人们的重视,其管理水平的高低成为制约企业生存与发展的第一要素,而质量,进度,成本控制是其中重要的管理要点。文章分为十三个小节对现场施工进行了综合性的概括,其中第一二节主要是编制施工的说明及对工程的整体概括,三四五章节对施工准备情况及施工的顺序进行了简单的概括。后面的章节对施工中的各种防护措施进行了简单的归纳。为了确保工程能在规定的时间内完成,合理的安排时间,保证各项工程能保质保量的完成,控制工程的成本,创建优质的工程,质量,进度,成本的控制是其中重要的管理要点。
本文以重庆市大渡口区设计院综合办公楼C标段项目为例,对项目的各分部工程方案进行了详细的设计。该施工组织针对本工程的地方性及环境特点、工期要求,提出合理可行的保证措施加以重点阐述。坚持科学的基本建设程序和施工顺序,运用网络技术分段、分层流水作业,合理安排施工顺序和施工计划,确保施工进度,本工程拟定工期为140个日历天。

ABSTRACT:With the deepening reform of construction management system, project more and more attention by people, the management level has become the first factor, restrict the survival and development of enterprises and the quality, schedule, cost control is one of the most important points.
Based on the project of Chongqing Municipality Dadukou District Design Institute of integrated office building C section as an example, has carried on the detailed design to each division of Engineering project. The construction requirements for local and environmental characteristics, this project construction, puts forward measures to ensure the reasonable and feasible to focus on. Adhere to the basic construction procedures and the construction sequence of science, using the technology of network segment, stratified flow, the reasonable arrangement of construction schedule and construction plan, ensure that the construction schedule, the project construction period for the development of 140 calendar days.
