摘 要:随着科学技术的进步,人们越来越关注生活的舒适性和健康性,空调技术在人们的生活中发挥的作用越来越大。
本设计为南京市某综合医院地源热泵空调设计,共五层,筑总面积3571 m2 ,全楼冷负荷为770kW。通过比较,我们最终选用地源热泵系统作为冷热源。
医院的房间功能不同,有办公室、病房、诊室、产房等。将该集中系统设为风机盘管加独立新风系统,新风机组从室外引入新风处理到室内空气焓值,风机盘管承担室内全部冷负荷及部分的新风湿负荷。风机盘管加独立新风系统有百叶风口下送和侧送。水系统采用闭式双管异程式,冷冻水泵四台,三用一备;冷却水泵选四台,三用一备。由于冷热不平衡,选用一台冷却塔在夏季使用。卫生间通风统一由排风扇接出,在末端安装止回阀。
在冷负荷计算的基础上完成主机和风机盘管的选型,并通过风量、水量的计算确定风管路和水管路的规格,并校核最不利环路的阻力和压头用以确定新风机和水泵。依据相关的空调设计手册所提供的参数,进一步完成新风机组、水泵、热泵机组等的选型,从而将其反应在图纸上,最终完成整个空调系统设计。

ABSTRACT:With the progress of science and technology, people pay more and more attention to the lives of comfortable and health. Air conditioning technology are playing a bigger role in our daily life.
This design is about the central air conditioner engineering of a general hospital which locates in Nanjing.It has five floors and its total area is about 3571 m2.The cold duty is 770 kW.By comparison ,we finally choose ground source heat pump as heat and cold source.
The function of hospital room is different.There are rooms such as offices, wards, clinic, the maternity ward. The system adopts the PAU+FCU system. FCU system deals with the fresh air. PAU system carries on the whole cold duty and part wet duty. PAU+FCU systems can send air from the side and the upside; it uses the circular air diffuser to supply air. There are four water-cooling pumps, three are used when heating,the other is used in emergencry. There are also four frozen water pumps,the condition are the same as water-cooling pumps. Due to cold heat imbalance, we choose a cooling tower when use in the summer. The system in washroom can ventilate by itself.
We select the air conditioning host and FCU by calculating the cold load.We ensure the duct road and conduit road specification through the calculation of air and water.We select the new fan and pump by checking the most unfavorable loop.Further,we ensure the equipment selection according to the air conditioning handbook of parameters.Then we can draw them in the picture.Finally,we complete the entire air conditioning system design.
