摘要:本设计的建筑为十七层的综合性民用建筑,给排水工程设计包括了室内生活给水系统设计,室内排水系统设计,室内消防给水系统设计,以及热水系统设计。生活给水系统分为两个区:一至三层为低区,采用市政给水管网直接供水;四层至十七层为高区,利用屋顶高位水箱给系统供水。消防给水系统分为消火栓给水系统和自动喷淋灭火系统,本建筑为一类民用建筑,而其建筑高度≥50m,按《高层民用建筑防火设计规范》规定,室内消火栓用水量和室外消火栓用水量分别取30/s和40L/s,自动喷淋系统计算用水量为6L/s,自动喷淋系统在屋顶设增压设备。排水系统采用雨污合流制,排水系统采用特殊的伸顶通气单立管排水系统,通气冒高出屋顶1.60m。给水系统采用钢塑复合给水管材,消火栓给水系统和自动喷淋灭火系统采用无缝镀锌钢管,排水系统立管采用PPI螺旋排水管,各层排水支管采用普通的UPVC排水管。

Abstract:This design of the building for 17 layer comprehensive civil building, water supply and drainage engineering design including the indoor living water supply system design, indoor drainage system design, indoor fire water supply system is designed, and the hot water system design. The drinking water system is divided into two parts: one to three layers for the low area, use of municipal water supply pipe network water directly; 4 to 17 layer is high area, using the high roof water tank to supply water system. Fire water system is divided into fire hydrant water supply system and automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system, this building is a kind of civil construction, and the building height 50 m or more, according to provisions of the code for fire protection design of tall buildings, indoor and outdoor fire hydrant water hydrant water respectively take 20 l/s and 15 l/s, automatic water spray system calculation for the 16 l/s, automatic sprinkler system in the roof pressurization device. Rain drainage system USES corrupt confluence system, drainage system USES special ChanLi stretch top ventilation pipe drainage system, ventilation roof above 1.60 m. Water supply system adopts gangsu composite feed water pipe, fire hydrant water supply system and automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing system with seamless galvanized steel pipes, drainage riser using PPI spiral pipes, drainage branch pipe of each layer USES the ordinary UPVC drainage pipe.
