[摘要]:企业最宝贵的东西,是深植于员工心中的主题鲜明、内涵丰富的企业文化。它凝结在制度中、体现在行为上、展现在环境里,并一直伴随企业的发展和进步不断成长、不断凝炼、不断升华。企业文化是决定企业兴衰成败的关键因素。本文选取诺基亚与摩托罗拉两种企业文化,着重对企业理念、企业制度、企业形象进行对比。旨在为我国企业提升企业文化的层次水平建言献策。

[Abstract]: What the companies value most is the corporate culture with distinct themes and rich contents, which is deeply rooted in the heart of every employees. It congeals in the system, manifests in the behavior, reflects in the system .With the development of the enterprise, corporate culture keeps growing and subliming. Corporate culture is the most important factor that determines the success of the enterprise. In this dissertation, the researcher chooses two different corporate culture of Nokia and Motorola as the example and mainly compares them in three aspects: the idea, the institutions and their image. This dissertation emphasizes on the advice to promote the level of enterprise culture in our country.

企业文化的构建需要完善的管理体制。在制度层面下的企业文化建设具有较强的导向性和指导性,要有分明的领导层次和明确的部门职责,定岗、定位、定待遇、权、责、利相统一,规范部门和岗位的行为规则。站在宏观管理的角度分析企业文化的构建,完善管理体制是基础性的工作,是建立科学的合理的企业文化的基石。企业文化是软硬结合的管理技巧。在建设企业文化时应“软硬”兼施,相辅相成。在培育企业职工整体价值观的同时,必须建立、健全、完善必要的规章制度,使员工既有价值观的导向,又有制度化的规范。同时,在建设企业文化时,要调整好企业内部的组织机构,建立和形成文化建设所要求的组织体系。
