摘要:2010年1月1日中国—东盟自由贸易区已正式全面启动,中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立是云南经济发展的一次新的挑战和机遇,抓住机遇迎接挑战的关键在于人才,加快云南经济的发展关键在于人才,为了能够更好的加快经济的发展及做好对外贸易合作,国际贸易人才在其中的作用是显而易见的。本文的目的在于分析出云南省目前国际贸易人才流动对云南经济的影响,从而找出解决的对策。通过一些数据,分析出云南省不同行业对国际贸易人才的需求。本文研究的主要内容是:国际贸易人才的流动,其中包括:国际贸易人才流动的现状,云南省对外贸易的状况,云南省对国际贸易人才的需求分析,影响国际贸易人才流动的原因;国际贸易人才流动对云南旅游业、农业、烟草业的影响,以及减少人才流失的对策。通过本文的写作,得出国际贸易人才短缺成为云南经济发展的制约因素,从而从高校和企业方面分析如何培养国际贸易人才,从企业和政府的角度分析如何管理国际贸易人才,最后提出引入国际贸易人才的策略。

Abstract:On January 1, 2010 China-ASEAN Free Trade Area (CAFTA) has been fully implemented, with the CAFTA set up, the development of the Yunnan economy is full of new challenges and opportunities. To seize the opportunity to meet the challenge of the key issue lies in the talent used, in order to speed up the economic development of Yunnan talent is a key issue. In order to be able to better speed up economic development and make foreign trade cooperation, international trade talents as one of the effects is obvious. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the influence of the migration of the international trade talent on the economy of Yunnan province, and as to finding out the countermeasures. The main content of this thesis is: the migration of international trade talents, which includes the current situation of the migration of the international trade talents, the foreign trade status of Yunnan ,the demand analysis for the migration of international trade talent of Yunnan, the reason of affecting the migration of international trade talent, the migration of international trade talent of Yunnan tourism industry, agriculture, the influence of the tobacco industry, and reducing the loss of the talent through countermeasures. Through writing this thesis, we can draw a conclusion which is that international trade talent shortage is a factor limiting the development of Yunnan’s economy. From the universities and enterprises we can analyze how to cultivate international trade talent. From the enterprises and government we can analyze how to manage international trade talent. Finally, we put forward the strategy of introducing talent to the international trade.
