摘要:改革开放以来我国企业取得了显著的发展,虽然这样,但目前许多企业却面临着诸多问题,尤其是绩效管理的方式较落后,管理的水平较低,这已经严重影响了企业的进一步发展。
本论文主要运用了文献研究、案例分析等方法。通过文献研究,全面了解了绩效管理理论研究以及社会实践方面的历史和现状,明确了绩效管理的概念、意义以及实施绩效管理的基本程序和应该注意的问题。采集了关于HA企业的绩效管理现状的信息,并对这些信息进行分析、综合、比较、归纳,为论文的撰写提供了充足的论据。通过对这些案例进行分析,揭示企业绩效管理的问题及其形成原因,从而为提出相应的解决措施提供依据。

Abstract:Since China's reform and opening up, China’s enterprises have made great progress, but they are facing many problems, especially poor performance management methods and skills. These problems have affected the further development of these enterprises.
This paper used the literature research, case studies and other methods. Through researches of literature, there is a comprehensive understanding of the history and current status of performance management, as well as the concept, meaning, the basic procedures and the problems of the implementation. The author has collected information of current situation about HA’S performance management, and also done some information analysis, synthesis, comparison, and conclusion. All of these provided a strong argument for writing the paper. By analyzing those cases, we found the problems of performance management and their forming process. These findings provided the basis for seeking for the countermeasures.

绩效管理是当今企业不容忽视的问题。研究绩效管理在企业中的应用有着重要的意义。本文从绩效管理的理论出发,分析了HA在绩效管理方面的问题,并提出了相应的解决方案和措施。HA领导者要从战略的角度重视绩效管理,以企业的战略目标为导向,建立完善的绩效管理机制。绩效管理是一个过程的管理,是各个环节环环相扣的管理,任何一个环节没有做好,都必定影响绩效管理的整体效果,因此,每一个环节都必须得到足够重视并加以落实,才能最终实现企业的良性循环。
