摘要:近年来,网上购物和网络活动成了人类习惯的一部分,目前我国网店的发展中以淘宝、拍拍所占比例较高,网店发展给人们带来便利的同时,自身的发展也存在一些问题与障碍。本文首先概况了电子商务的涵义、优劣特点以及电子商务的发展前景与运营模式。在此基础上介绍了网店的发展,主要是我国网上店铺的发展现状,网店运营的优劣势分析,淘宝网店运营情况。以only品牌为例,对网络旗舰店进行简要分析,在此基础上给出网店有效运营的重要建议,主要包括充分运用店铺推广方法,全面推广产品;重视消费者,加强对老顾客的维护;全面分析运营中的细节。
