摘要:采购是企业供应链的源头,采购过程中的任何一个环节出现偏差,都会影响到物资采购预期目标的实现,然而,企业在采购过程中会遇到各种各样的风险,因此,企业有必要针对不同的采购风险采取一定的风险管理方法,以减少或避免采购风险所带来的不利影响,从而提高采购绩效,提高企业竞争力。本文分析了采购过程中存在的风险,并针对这些风险提出了相应的防范措施,企业可以根据自身的实际情况,切实有效地对采购风险进行管理,从而不断提高企业的竞争力。

Abstract:procurement is the source of enterprise supply chain, any one of the links in the procurement process deviation will affect the purchase of the expected goals, however, enterprises will encounter a variety of risks in the procurement process, therefore, enterprises should take risk management method for different procurement risk, to reduce or to avoid the negative influence brought about by the purchase risk, so as to improve purchasing performance, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper analyzes the existing procurement process of risk, and puts forward some preventive measures for these risks, enterprises can according to their actual situation, effective management of procurement risk, so as to continuously improve the competitiveness of enterprises.

采购是企业供应链的源头,它涉及到原料的价格、品质、运输、库存、售后服务等许多环节,采购过程中的任何一个环节都有可能出现问题,这就使采购风险存在于采购过程中的各个环节中。所以企业要掌握整个采购过程,并对采购过程中的各个环节加以完善以便管理与控制采购风险,这样企业才能在激烈的市场竞争中生存发展。采购风险复杂多变,需要企业管理层的高度重视和相关部门的通力合作,才能把工作做得更好。
