摘 要:随着社会主义市场经济的发展,我国企业面临的竞争环境变得更为激烈。在激烈的竞争环境下,企业需要更为有效的经营管理方式。近年来,TOC在国外企业得到较为广泛的运用,并取得了较大的成果,但在国内少有企业认识并实施TOC。TOC注重通过改善瓶颈以达到改善企业的目的,强调系统的固有简单性,认为系统地诸多难题背后必有一个核心问题,即系统的瓶颈,瓶颈可以是企业的制度、可以是企业的某个部门、也可以是某一政策等。瓶颈制约了企业的产出,对于企业改善有着极为重要的作用。本文通过分析我国企业的问题,得出企业的绩效体系瓶颈,并提出改善瓶颈的方案,以达到改善企业的效果,给我国企业提供新的管理思路。

ABSTRACT:With the development of the socialist market economy, the competitive environment of the enterprises in our country are becoming more intense.Companies need more effective management methods to live in the fierce competitive environment. However ,during the recent years, TOC is widely used in the foreign enterprises and has made great achievements.But in the other hand ,there are few Chinese companies had understand and implement it. In order to improve the hole enterprise,it fucous on improving the bottleneck , it emphasize the inherent simplicity of the system, and that there must be a core issue behind the many systematic problems , named the system bottleneck.The bottleneck can be enterprise system or a department of enterprises or a policy and so on. The Bottleneck restricting the company's output, so it is very important to the enterprise improving . The paper is about how to improve the hole enterprise by analyzing the existing problems and then find out the system bottlenecks of performance system and finally solve the bottleneck .

研究内容与方法
本课题主要采用三种研究方法,一是文献研究法,通过调查文献来获得资料,从而全面地、正确地了解掌握TOC发展历程、现状、存在的问题;二是定性分析法,运用归纳和演绎、分析与综合以及抽象与概括等方法,对获得的各种材料进行思维加工,从而清晰地认识和了解TOC的发展。 三是个案研究和描述性研究相结合的方法,以具体企业为例,进行实际分析。
本课题以分析现状,提出问题,解决问题为主体思路,采取由面及点的研究路线,并应用TOC五步法化解瓶颈,最后选择一个企业进行分析并提出对策,从而研究出其未来的发展途径。
