摘要:招聘是人力资源管理活动的开始,招聘的成功与人力资源管理活动能否有效进行有着直接关系。由于招聘、培训和更替的成本比较高,新入职不久便流失流失的损失对于企业而言是一项巨大的损失,而对于雇员来说刚入职便流动也是一种损失。所以,通过有效途径的招聘是企业人力资源和人才自身持续发展的重要一步。通过有效途径的招聘在增强企业竞争力方面有着重要的意义,通过有效途径的招聘工作,能够选拔出高质量、较高稳定性的员工,真正做到节约成本,保证企业的正常运营与发展。高效的招聘途径不仅能够确保企业招聘到合适的人才,提高企业的核心竞争力,促进员工流动的合理性,还有利于提高企业的知名度,塑造企业的良好形象。因此,招聘途径的有效性研究得到了更多的关注。
本文基于人力资源管理的相关理论,参考国内部分有关招聘途径有效性的相关研究文献,主要采取理论案例相结合分析的方法,以零售连锁行业中知名企业X公司的相关招聘工作为例,对X公司2012年度的招聘工作所采用的招聘途径进行有效性评估。
根据X公司2012年度的招聘途径的有效性评估,笔者得出X公司2012年度最有效的招聘途径,即员工推荐。笔者在案例启示及管理建议中对该途径进行优势劣势分析,并提出了相关的管理建议。

ABSTRACT:Recruitment is the beginning of the human resource management activities, and it has a direct relationship with the success of the recruitment and human resource management activities effectively. As the recruitment, training and the replacement cost is relatively large, the loss of the new entry soon lost is a great loss to the enterprise, and for the employee just entry flow is also a kind of loss. So,the effective way of enterprise human resources and talent recruitment is an important step in its sustainable development. Effective recruitment is an important step in its enterprise human resources and talent sustainable development. Effective approach to recruitment has much significance in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. Through the recruitment work, we can select the high quality, high stability of the staff, and truly save cost, ensure the normal operation and development of enterprises. High efficient recruitment way not only ensures the enterprises to recruit high-quality talent, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, and promote the rational flow of employees, but also helps to improve the visibility of the enterprise, create a good corporate image. Therefore, the effectiveness of the recruitment way research has got more attention.
Based on the relevant theories of human resource management, I refer to the part about recruitment validity of related research literature at home and abroad, mainly adopt the method of theory combining case analysis, take the recruitment of X company well-known enterprises in the retail chain industry as an example, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels by using in X company's 2012 annual recruitment.
According to the evaluation of the effectiveness of X company‘s recruitment in 2012 , the author concludes that the most effective way of recruiting for X company in 2012 is employees' recommendation.
