摘要:秘书作为领导的辅助人员,其知识和能力结构合理与否对企业的发展和进步起着关键性的作用。我们以南京地区为例对中小企业秘书人员知识和能力结构现状进行了调查,发现激烈的市场竞争对于中小企业秘书人员的知识和能力结构要求较高,但由于某些主观或客观上的因素仍然导致其知识和能力结构无法达到标准。本文对现状中存在的问题及原因进行分析,提出一系列的建设性意见,以期能促使中小企业秘书人员注重自身知识和能力结构的优化,使秘书扮演更为重要的角色。

Abstract:In the fierce competitive market environment, enterprise secretaries as the advice assistants of their leadships, the strength of their innovation ability plays a key role on the enterprise's development and progress. Based on the investigation about changzhou area of the present situation of corporate secretaries' innovation ability found that the fierce market competion makes a certain role on enterprise secretaries' innovation ability, but due to some subjective or objective factors still lead their innovation ability insufficient. This article analysis on the problem and reason existence in the present situation, put forward a series of feasible suggestions, in order to promote corporate secretarial staffs to pay attention to improve their own innovation ability and service better for the modern enterprise.

知识结构是指一个人具有的各类知识的比重,以及相互之间产生的影响而组成的框架结构。秘书的知识结构,主要由基础知识、专业知识和相关理论知识三个方面组成。基础知识是知识结构的基本组成,分为文化基础知识和基础理论知识,其中文化基础知识是指中学阶段学习的知识,基础理论知识是指大学时期学习的公共基础知识,主要包括马克思哲学理论、基础写作学、近代史纲要、现代汉语等等。专业知识是秘书知识结构的核心部分,分为职业专业知识和秘书专业知识,职业专业知识是指秘书所从事企业的业务知识,秘书专业知识主要是指专业课程所教授的知识,如涉外秘书实务、秘书礼仪等等。相关理论知识是秘书知识结构的最高层次,包括法律学知识,心理学知识等等。
