摘要:在高度信息化的知识经济时代的背景下,涉外秘书不再是单纯的助手,而需要成为领导的参谋,劝谏已然成为涉外秘书工作职责中不可或缺的重要部分,因此涉外秘书进谏时必须注重劝谏方法和技巧。注重劝谏方法意义重大,不仅能体现涉外秘书的专业素质,还能提高劝谏效果,更好地帮助领导进行科学决策。涉外秘书想要劝谏获得更佳效果,应掌握了解劝谏对象,充分分析领导;完善劝谏观点,增强劝谏力度;注意劝谏场合,准确把握时机;巧用劝谏语言,注重表达效果等劝谏方法。涉外秘书还应注意劝谏范畴,切勿超出范畴。涉外秘书也应铭记身份职责,勇担劝谏重任;以大局为重,正确对待得失;注重学习积累,不断完善自身修养来进一步提高劝谏能力,实现为领导决策服务的目的。

在高度信息化的知识经济时代的背景下,涉外秘书的工作取得了突飞猛进的发展,对于涉外秘书的职业内容也有了新的定义,涉外秘书不再是单纯的助手,而需要成为领导与上司的参谋,对涉外秘书的工作能力、专业素质提出了更高的要求。涉外秘书是领导的左右手,是领导的参谋,向领导提出劝谏意见是涉外秘书的工作职责。从这一点来看劝谏已然成为涉外秘书工作职责中不可或缺的重要部分。注重劝谏的方法和技巧能够提高秘书的工作水平和劝谏效率,同时还能帮助领导和上司科学决策,提高领导和上司的工作效率,帮助领导和上司完善组织管理,因而了解和熟练运用劝谏方法和技巧显得尤其重要。因为涉外秘书的劝谏目的是让领导与上司改进行政或决策过程中的失误或不足,但是领导和上司性格和办事方式等不确定性又给涉外秘书的劝谏工作增加了难度,所以掌握劝谏的方法和技巧不但非常有必要,而且也是涉外秘书劝谏成功的关键。古往今来,从众多成功的劝谏案例中我们可以看到,劝谏方法灵活多样,劝谏经验更是蕴含了深刻的人生哲理和丰富的交际智慧,给人以启迪和警醒。这些劝谏案例中所蕴含的劝谏方法和技巧都值得涉外秘书在平时的工作中借鉴与参考。因此笔者主要运用借鉴法、归纳总结法、案例分析法等方法对涉外秘书的劝谏方法和技巧进行探究,并结合我国古代和现代的成功劝谏案例进一步研究,希望能够帮助涉外秘书在实际的工作中很好地掌握并运用劝谏方法和技巧,从而更好地适应新形势下的涉外秘书工作。
