摘要:中国是世界上最大的纺织品生产国和出口国,纺织业是中国国民经济中的重要支柱产业;印度的纺织业被公认为是中国的最大竞争对手,其在印度国民经济中的地位也十分突出。中印两国纺织业各具竞争优势与不足,相互间既有竞争又有互补需求,纺织品配额取消后,两国将面临更大的机遇和挑战,彼此之间的竞争也将更加激烈。
本文运用比较分析法深入研究了中印两国纺织产业及贸易;运用波特钻石模型分析了两国纺织业各自竞争优势及战略;运用实证法,SWOT分析法对具体案例进行了探讨,并根据前文得出的结论,提出了中国纺织企业在贸易全球化下的发展战略。
在分析研究过程中,本文通过搜集和分析的大量数据,从中印两国纺织业发展历史、产业结构、产业资源三方面对其纺织产业进行了比较分析;从中印两国纺织业贸易份额、贸易结构、贸易政策三方面对其纺织贸易进行了比较分析;其次,本文运根据波特的竞争优势理论,运用钻石模型比较了中国和印度纺织业的竞争优势,并在此基础上分析两国纺织业的发展战略以及合作建议;然后,本文结合SUNLINE公司的具体案例,用SWOT分析法分析了SUNLINE中印分公司各自的机会、威胁、优势、劣势因素;最后,在SWOT分析的基础上,本文为SUNLINE总公司及上海公司制定了相应的战略规划。

Abstract:China is the largest textile producer and exporter of the world, and the textile industry is one of the most important pillars of the national economy . India's textile industry was recognized as China's biggest competitors as it also plays a prominent role in the Indian economy. There is competition and complementary needs in the textile industry of China and India ,with the abolition of textile quotas, the two countries will face greater challenges and opportunities in the future, and the competition between them will be more intense.
This paper uses the method of statistic analysis and comparison to study the textile industry and trade of China and India; use Porter's diamond model to work out their respective competitive advantages and strategies; use SWOT technique to discuss a specific case, and at last in accordance with the conclusions reached earlier the development strategies for textile enterprises in China are proposed in the globalization of trade.
Main ideas are as follows : First, the paper compares the history, the structure and the resource of the textile industry of China and India; compares the quotas, the structure, and the policies of textile trade through the collection and analysis of large amounts of data from the historical development of the textile industry of China and India. Secondly, with Porter's competitive advantage theory, it uses diamond model to analysis the competitive advantages of the textile industry of China and India , and based on this analysis It compares the strategies of China and India's textile Industry; Then, the paper use a specific case of SUNLINE company , analysis their opportunities, threats, strengths, weaknesses with SWOT ; Finally, based on the conclusions of SWOT analysis, the paper develops a strategic planning composed of overseas bases,product positioning and barriers breakthrough for SUNLINE head office and shanghai co.
